Hourly Rate: $50 per hour (Minimum 4 hours)

Daily 6 - 8 hours: $50 per for first 5 hours; $40 per for additional hours up to 8 hours.

*Hours over 8 in one day: $50 per hour

Payment: 50% due prior to appointment; remaining 50% due upon arrival at appointment 

*Over time hours over 8 to be paid in advance.
